CrossFit HiFi ("we," "us") operates a CrossFit gym at 18477 South 186th Way, Ste 102, Queen Creek, AZ 85142. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and forms and how we use it.

Information we collect. When you fill out a form, book an appointment, or sign up for a membership, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and anything else you choose to share with us, such as your fitness goals.

How we use it. We use your information to respond to you, schedule and confirm appointments, send reminders, manage your membership, and, if you opt in, send you news and offers from CrossFit HiFi.

Text messages. If you opt in to text messages, we will text you at the number you provide. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

No sharing of mobile information. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers. We use trusted software providers (such as our gym management and scheduling platforms) to store your information and send messages on our behalf. They may only use your information to provide those services to us.

Your choices. You can ask us to update or delete your information, or unsubscribe from emails or texts at any time, by contacting us.
